PerformTech Awarded Web Portal Design Contract

The US Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) Center of Leadership Capacity Services (CLCS) has awarded a major contract to PerformTech to redesign and maintain their web portal. The Center for Leadership Capacity Services operates The Federal Executive Institute, and the eastern and Western Management Development Centers for Federal employees. PerformTech has been hired to develop a business-delivery portal that will facilitate communications, interactivity with CLCS customers, timely delivery of participant materials, and mechanisms to gather feedback and metrics about CLCS products and services.

During the initial phases of the project PerformTech will take over maintenance of the current CLCS site, conduct a thorough analysis of the functional and technical specifications for the web portal and conduct a needs requirements analysis with the numerous CLCS web site stakeholders to identify the priorities for new functionality and business services to be added to the site.
