PerformTech Wins at 15th Annual Communicator Awards

Alexandria, VA, June 24, 2009. The International Academy of the Visual Arts (IAVA) announced winners of the 2009 Communicator Awards today. PerformTech received an Award of Distinction for the GAO Executive Overview in the Interactive Category. The Executive Overview showcases GAO’s core mission, history, work and significance in a self-paced, exploratory, web-based environment. The distinction is revered as one of the most competitive international awards honoring communications professionals. Thousands of entries are submitted each year, showcasing the creative excellence of organizations around the globe.
IAVA, is an academy composed of over 450 leading contributors to the visual arts including Conde Nast and Estee Lauder, demonstrates its dedication to progress by selecting submissions that reflect the evolving nature of traditional and interactive media.
Linda Day, director of IAVA, noted that “the entries received [this year] reflect an increasingly diversified industry, and the work once again sets the bar extremely high.” She emphasizes the quality and execution of the work reviewed.
