PERFORMTECH WINS MAJOR CONTRACT TO MANAGE TRAINING DEVELOPMENT FOR U.S. CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION Alexandria, VA (May 17, 2006) – PerformTech, a small business training development contractor, was awarded a one-year contract through the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Training Management Assistance (TMA) program to manage training projects for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Training and Development. The training will be developed for CBP’s varied audiences, including Border Patrol and CBP Officers, CBP employees, and students at the six CBP Academies & Training Centers. In addition to PerformTech’s own staff of instructional designers, visual designers, and multimedia programmers, the company has assembled a high caliber team of subject matter experts that are knowledgeable in many areas important to CBP.
