PerformTech names Chris DiMarino Lane as Director of Operations.
PerformTech recently named Chris DiMarino Lane as Director of Operations —a newly created position resulting from the rapid growth of the company over the past 18 months. In her new role, Ms. Lane will mentor PerformTech’s team of project managers, establish internal training programs, and provide oversight of budget management and development of client relationships. Ms. Lane has been an integral member of the PerformTech team for twelve years.

Local financial expert, Phillip R. Chase, named Vice President of Finance.
PerformTech recently named Philip Chase as Vice President of Finance. Mr. Chase brings clear direction, leadership abilities, and vast financial industry experience to PerformTech. After joining PerformTech as a consultant in 2007, Mr. Chase quickly exceeded expectations in leading and managing PerformTech’s accounting operations. As Vice President of Finance, Philip continues to mold PerformTech’s financial strategy through a period of rapid growth.

PerformTech wins major contract to manage training development.
PerformTech was awarded a one-year contract through the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Training Management Assistance (TMA) program to manage  training projects for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Training and Development.  The training will be developed for CBP’s varied audiences, including Border Patrol and CBP Officers, CBP employees, and students at the six CBP Academies & Training Centers.
