
The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) teamed with PerformTech to produce an educational campaign consisting of a series of products to be used by Telework Coordinators throughout the Federal government. The purpose of the campaign is to encourage managers and employees to consider telework as an alternative work arrangement. The campaign products included: brochures, quizzes, newsletter articles, posters, table tents, videos and laminated packaging.

used by Telework Coordinators throughout the Federal government
to encourage managers and employees to consider telework as an alternative
work arrangement. The goal of the educational campaign is to change
the mindset of managers and employees in the Federal government
who do not currently support telework programs. This project calls
for the development of educational awareness
PerformTech designed and developed a series of different products
for the Telework Educational campaign. These products included:
- A Brochure explaining what telework is all about, debunking
myths about telework, and encouraging managers to consider telework
- Quizzes distributed to managers through e-mails that test their
knowledge of telework, while debunking myths and disseminating
facts
- Ready-written newsletter articles to be included in government
executives, agency newsletters, web sites, and emails
- Posters and table tents placed on bulletin/message boards, doors,
in cafeterias and libraries, as well as by sign-in sheets in offices
to remind managers and employees that telework is a viable alternative
- A brief video that includes testimonials from both managers
and employees who are involved in successful telework programs
that will be played in the lobby of government buildings, at kiosks
during job fairs, or at seminars and conferences
- A laminated box with custom artwork to hold all of the elements of the Telework educational campaign

On-line quiz developed using a database so that each time
the user completes a quiz, they will be asked a slightly
different set of questions. There will be 10 questions
per quiz and the database contains a question-bank consisting
of 30 questions.
