Client Need:

The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) is a Federal agency within the U.S. Department of Energy. NNSA’s Future Leaders Program is a two-year internship designed to attract new college graduates and develop them into NNSA’s next generation of leaders. As with all Federal agencies, the NNSA competes with the private sector companies when trying to recruit new talent. Therefore, the NNSA was looking to develop a recruitment toolkit for their Future Leaders Program to support recruiters in their efforts as well as to attract potential interns and provide them with a means of accessing important information about the program.

PerformTech Solution:

PerformTech designed and developed a Future Leaders Program Recruitment Toolkit to support recruiters and attract potential interns. The Recruitment Toolkit consists of a variety of materials including posters, table tents, post cards, brochures, portfolios, banners, custom USB flash drives, PowerPoint presentations, and an interactive CD-ROM. The paper-based recruitment materials will be used by recruiters at job fairs and college campuses throughout the United States. The interactive CD-ROM will be used by recruiters to deliver presentations and will be distributed to potential interns so they can learn more about the program. In addition to the CD-ROMs, PerformTech also had the custom USB flash drives preloaded with the interactive application. The interactive application features a high impact introduction and attract loop, custom animations, an appealing interface design, and voice-over narration.
