Senior Instructional Designer

Job Description

• You will be responsible for creating content outlines and storyboards for interactive web-based training programs, and instructor guides and participant manuals for leader-led training. You must have excellent writing skills and strong skills working with the Microsoft Office Product Suite.

Required Skills/Experience

• At least 3 years of ISD experience developing e-learning and ILT materials.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize complex content
• Excellent work ethic and strong intellectual curiosity
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and occasionally multi-task
• Ability to write clearly and effectively for multiple audiences
• Experience working with subject matter experts.
  

Beneficial Skills/Experience

• Masters Degree in Instructional Design (or related field)
• Platform instructor expertise
• Experience designing SCORM and Section 508 compliant courseware
• Subject matter expertise in disaster response, telecommunications, security, transportation, or acquisition
• Experience conducting needs assessments, job task analyses, and program evaluations
• Experience developing manuals, brochures, newsletters, or other print-based materials
