Job Description

The PerformTech Interactive Media Development Department is seeking a Programmer who is team oriented, deadline focused, and enjoys a technical challenge. You will be responsible for producing electronic media for computer-based learning and custom interactive applications. This is a full-time position.

Online or electronic samples of your work are REQUIRED to be eligible for consideration.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience programming interactive Flash and web applications.
• Strong and varied portfolio of work.
• Expert skill in ActionScript 2 (or better), Javascript, HTML, DHTML, and XML.
• Proficiency in at least one type of middleware [example CF, ASP, PHP].
• Experience with database integration.
• Strong team work ethic [three past work references required].
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to self-manage.

Beneficial Skills

• Experience with Section 508 compliance.
• Experience with SCORM development methodology.
• Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) development.
