Junior Instructional Designer
Job Description
- As an Instructional Designer your job will be to learn new subject matter and then write about it for web sites and paper-based manuals. You will also work with a team to help develop creative exercises and visuals to enhance the training experience.
Required Skills/Experience
- Bachelor's degree. Majors including but not limited to, English, Psychology, Language, Sociology, Political Science, Philosophy, Education, History, Humanities
- Ability to write clearly and effectively
- Ability to learn, organize, and communicate new subject matter
- Attention to detail
- Ability to use the Microsoft Office Product Suite, especially MS Word
Beneficial Skills
- Computer-savvy with some knowledge of HTML
- Experience creating and organizing content for websites
- Experience developing manuals, brochures, newsletters, or other print-based materials
- Knowledge of Instructional Systems Design
